Application
Families interested in applying to the Independent Living Program need to submit a completed application including medical, academic and vocational information. A formal interview with the Admissions Committee is required.
A Basic application must be completed for the Social Network Program and the Social Club. Prior to acceptance in either group, the prospective client and parents/guardians are required to meet with the Administrative Director and the Program Director.
Fees
Members and/or families are responsible for all program fees according to the most current fee structure. All fees are due and payable quarterly in advance. Some discounts may apply to a second person from the same family or for fees paid annually.
Participants in any program begins when fees are paid. There are no refunds except in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of the Executive Director. ATW programs are private with no connections to any education system.
Independent Living clients are responsible for all living expenses including housing, food, clothing, transportation, medical expenses, and recreation.
Under some circumstances, clients may be eligible to use Family Directed Service funds under Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to pay for ATW programs. Speak to your DDS Case Manager to see if you are eligible.
